1 to 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed of moisture
2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow mustard (optional)
2 cans (12 fluid ounces each) Nestlé® Carnation® Evaporated Milk
2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) condensed cream of potato soup
4 cups (about 16 ounces) cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 bags (16 ounces each) or 9 cups frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes

Step 1
Combine potatoes, ham, evaporated milk, soup, mustard and pepper in large bowl.

Pour half of potato mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with spinach and top with remaining potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
