¼ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 package (10 to 10.5 ounces) goat cheese, at room temperature

Step 1
Place goat cheese and cream cheese in large bowl. Stir until completely combined. Line the inside of a 2- to 3-cup bowl or measuring cup with plastic wrap, allowing a few inches to hang over sides.

Spoon 1/3 of cheese mixture evenly over bottom of prepared glass bowl or cup. Top with sun-dried tomatoes. Top with another 1/3 of cheese mixture. Top with pesto, spreading evenly. Top with remaining cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap.

Invert chilled torta onto serving platter; remove plastic wrap. Sprinkle with pepper. Garnish with basil and pine nuts. Serve with crackers.
