Step 1

For the crust, line a tart pan with aluminum foil. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture into the tart pan, covering the bottom and sides to form a crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 2

For the filling, blend the NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, frozen mixed berries, cornstarch and a bit of food coloring. Cook over medium heat until it thickens slightly.

Step 3

Pour the mixture over the cookie crust and refrigerate until fully set. Decorate with the fresh mixed berries and enjoy!

Tips:

It’s important to use frozen mixed berries to prevent the mixture from curdling during cooking due to the acidity of the fruit. You can substitute the mixed berries with mango.
