- ●1 cup NESTLÉ CARNATION Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk

- ●1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- ●2 cups chocolate cake mix
- ●3 large eggs
- ●1/2 cup whole milk
- ●Baking spray
Make It
Step 1
In the 3 qt Mixing Bowl, combine cake ingredients. Use Whisk to mix thoroughly. Set aside.
Step 2
In the Power Blender jar, combine all flan ingredients. Blend at maximum speed for 30 seconds. Set aside.
Step 3
Preheat 10.5" Gourmet Skillet with Lid at medium-high for one minute. Then, reduce temperature to low.
Step 4
Apply baking spray lightly and evenly on Skillet surface.
Step 5
Pour cake batter into Skillet. Carefully pour flan mix over the cake batter.
Step 6
Cover with valve closed and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from stovetop. Let rest 4 minutes. Carefully unmold and serve with your favorite caramel sauce.
