Makes 8 servings, about 1/2 cup per serving
- ●¼ cup water
- ●1 packet (7 grams) unflavored gelatin
- ●2 cups mango pulp
- ●1/3 cup Nestlé® La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ●¾ cup heavy whipping cream
Microwave gelatin mixture on HIGH (100%) power for 20 seconds or until mixture liquefies. Whisk in mango pulp and sweetened condensed milk.
Beat whipping cream in medium mixer bowl on medium speed until cream thickens but peaks have not formed. Beat in mango mixture for about 1 minute.
