Ingredients

Equipment Needed

  • Skillet
  • Ladle

Make It

Step 1

Mix the NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk with the eggs, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, orange blossom water, orange zest, and pancake mix. Pour half of the mixture into a plastic squeeze bottle; set aside.

Step 2

Heat a skillet, add a little oil, and use a ladle to pour some of the batter to form the pancakes. Cook on both sides and repeat the process with the remaining batter. With the mixture from the squeeze bottle, form 12 strips to simulate bones and 6 small balls for the skulls.

Step 3

Serve the pancakes, placing 2 strips and 1 small ball on top of each. Spread a little of the remaining melted butter, sprinkle with sugar. Garnish with the mandarin orange segments and NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeeze; enjoy.

Cooking Tip:

You can add seeds such as walnuts, almonds, or peanuts to the pancake batter. You can add a bit of cocoa powder to the pancake batter.
