Make It
Step 1
To a blender, add the cream cheese, La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk, Carnation Evaporated Milk, lime juice, and 1 ½ cans of peaches (do not use the leftover syrup for this recipe). Blend on medium until nice and smooth.
Step 2
Place the leftover peaches in an airtight container in the fridge to decorate the top of the Carlota.
Step 3
In a spring form pan, or a 9x13 pan, layer the bottom of the pan with Maria cookies. Pour some of the peach mixture over the top of the cookies. Spread evenly over the top. Layer more Maria cookies on top of the peach mixture and repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the peach mixture.
Step 4
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight. Just before serving, remove the leftover peach halves from the fridge. Dice the peaches and decorate the top of the Peach Carlota. Slice the Peach Carlota and enjoy!
