Make It
Step 1
Blend the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, NESTLÉ Media Crema and cream cheese. While blending, gradually add the dissolved unflavored gelatin and the lime juice.
Step 2
Line the bottom of an 8.7 inch pastry ring with aluminum foil and the sides with acetate, then place it on a tray. Cover the base with a layer of Marias Gamesa® Cookies, followed by a layer of the blended mixture and a layer of strawberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used, reserving some strawberries for decoration.
Step 3
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Unmold and decorate the surface with the remaining strawberries and walnuts. Enjoy.
Store the walnuts in airtight containers to prevent moisture from making them go stale. You can substitute strawberries with mango.
