Makes 8 servings
- ½ teaspoon Maggi® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- 1 cup fat free refried beans, heated
- 8 baked corn tostada shells
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, heated
- 1 cup shredded bagged broccoli coleslaw or regular coleslaw
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled queso fresco (optional)
- 2 sliced radishes (optional)
Stir bouillon into heated beans. Spread about 2 tablespoons beans over each tostada shell. Top each evenly with chicken, coleslaw and cheese.
Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon Avocado Cream Sauce (search for recipe on this site). Garnish with radishes.
