Jugo Seasoning Sauce


  • 8 ounces bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons MAGGI® Jugo Seasoning Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 chiles de árbol, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 8 ounces shredded Oaxaca cheese
  • 5 baking potatoes, cooked, cut in half and hollowed out
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Fry bacon and onion together until onion is transparent. Add chicken, bell pepper, MAGGI seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, chili peppers and garlic salt; cook until chicken is golden.

Step 2

Fill potato halves with chicken mixture; sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for 10 minutes; garnish with parsley.
