The Secret Ingredient

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Maggi® Seasoning Sauce
  • 2 pounds large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Make It

Step 1

Combine lime juice, honey, olive oil and seasoning sauce in large bowl. Add shrimp; stir to coat.

Step 2

Preheat grill to medium; lightly oil grate. Thread 4 to 5 shrimp onto each of 16 (8-inch) skewers. (If using wooden skewers, soak in water to prevent from burning while cooking.) Discard marinade.

Step 3

Grill on top rack for about 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink on one side. Turn shrimp over and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until shrimp are completely pink.

Step 4

Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
