Ingredients
- ●2 cups lentils, cooked and drained
- ●2 teaspoons garlic salt
- ●1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- ●1 tablespoon MAGGI® Jugo Seasoning Sauce
- ●1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ●1 large egg, beaten
- ●1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- ●1 cup corn oil
Make It
Step 1
Mash the lentils, garlic salt, parsley, MAGGI® Seasoning and oregano with a fork. If necessary, add a small amount of breadcrumbs until mixture holds together.
Step 2
Form mixture into croquettes. Dip in egg and then roll in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry croquettes in hot oil until golden brown. Remove; drain on paper towels.
