Step 1

Cut tomatoes into quarters. Cut jalapeño into quarters; remove stem and seeds. Place tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, cilantro and bouillon in food processor. Cover; process to desired consistency.

Step 2

Serve with jicama sticks, carrot sticks or baked tortilla chips.
