The Secret Ingredient
- ●1 cup broccoli florets
- ●1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms
- ●2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- ●8 wooden skewers, soaked in cold water
- ●1 tablespoon corn oil
- ●4 tablespoons MAGGI® Jugo Seasoning Sauce
- ●4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ●3 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Alternately insert broccoli, mushrooms and tomato wedges onto each skewer.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the skewers; drizzle skewers with MAGGI® Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on both sides until lightly browned; remove the skewers from the skillet.
Add dissolved cornstarch mixture to the skillet; stir and cook until slightly thickened. Serve with skewers.
