MAKE IT

Step 1

Place cream cheese in a large bowl; use a rubber spatula to crush and stir well until smooth. Add powdered sugar and fold in until well combined and no lumps. Stir in vanilla extract and lemon peel.

Step 2

Mix in Media Crema until thick and creamy. Refrigerate.

Step 3

Combine crushed cookies with melted butter; mix well. Arrange 8 dessert glasses on a tray. Layer in cookie mixture, cream mixture and fruit. Repeat layers. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.

Step 4

Remove desserts from refrigerator; decorate with more cookie crumbs, fruit and mint leaves.
