- 1 cup sliced small colored potatoes (blue, red and/or yellow)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Fresh rosemary leaves

Coat potato slices lightly with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top pizza with potatoes and rosemary.
