Adding strawberries and arugula to the top of a cheese pizza gives a fresh twist to an old favorite.


  • 1 (13.8 ounces) JACK'S Original Cheese Pizza
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic syrup or balsamic reduction
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon shredded fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cups arugula
  • Crumbled goat cheese (optional)

Step 1

Preheat grill, setting all burners on low (400° F) with the lid closed.

Step 2

Combine strawberries, balsamic syrup and ground black pepper in medium bowl; toss gently to coat.

Step 3

Place pizza directly on the center of the grate. Close lid and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, rotating half a turn about 7 minutes into the cook time. Remove from grill; top with basil, arugula and goat cheese.
