Chocolate Lover's Frosting
Makes 16 servings, about 2 tablespoons per serving
- 3 cups sifted powdered sugar, divided
- 2/3 cup gluten free baking cocoa
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 5 to 6 tablespoons milk, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat 1 cup powdered sugar, baking cocoa, butter, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar and remaining milk until smooth. Makes 2 cups total.
