Easy Peach Fro-Yo
Makes 4 servings, about 1 cup per serving
- 3 cups sliced frozen peaches, partially defrosted
- 3 medium ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup coconut flavored lowfat Greek yogurt
Place partially defrosted peaches, frozen bananas and yogurt in food processor; cover. Pulse until finely chopped. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
Spoon leftovers into a freezer-safe container and store in freezer for up to 1 week.
