Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ¼ pounds green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
