Step 1
Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan. Heat for 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved.
Step 2
Place strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, lemon juice and gelatin mixture in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into dessert cups.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Garnish with strawberries and mint.
