STOUFFER'S® KEY INGREDIENT
- ●1 package (17 ounces) Stouffer's® Grandma’s Chicken & Vegetable Rice Bake
- ●4 medium tomatoes
- ●4 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Prepare chicken & vegetable rice bake according to package directions.
Cut tops off tomatoes. Run knife along inner edge of tomato to cut segments, being careful to not cut through tomato. Use a spoon to gently pull out the segments. Fill each tomato with ½ cup chicken & vegetable rice bake. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Place in baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° F for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are softened.
