3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup Nestlé® La Lechera® Dulce de Leche (squeezable bottle), plus additional for drizzling

2 large eggs, at room temperature
Pinch of sea salt

Step 1
Line two 12-cavity muffin pans with 24 foil cupcake liners. Place 1 cookie in each liner.

Beat cream cheese, ½ cup dulce de leche and sugar in large mixer bowl until light and creamy. Add vanilla extract and salt. Beat in eggs, one at a time, on low speed.
