Chicken Vegetable Soup
Makes 8 servings
- 2 packages (2.11 ounces each) MAGGI Chicken Flavor Soup with Noodles
- 8 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup canned white beans
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Add the contents of the soup packages to 8 cups of hot water in a large pot; mix well. Let it boil.
Add chicken, potatoes, carrots and beans to the soup.
Reduce heat to low and cover the pot.
Cook it for 7 minutes. Add the cilantro and cook for 1 minute.
