- ●1/2 cup olive oil
- ●2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ●2 large shallots, finely chopped
- ●1/3 cup chopped parsley
- ●1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- ●2 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- ●1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano
Make It
Step 1
Beat oil and lemon juice with a whisk or fork until combined. Stir in shallots, parsley, garlic, bouillon and oregano. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Serve with Beef and Potato Empanadas. (recipe is on this site)
