- ●6 MAGGI® Vegetable Flavor Bouillon Cubes, crushed
- ●1/4 cup olive oil
- ●1 tablespoon curry powder
- ●1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ●1 teaspoon paprika
- ●2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ●2 pounds sweet potatoes, cubed
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425˚ F. In large bowl, stir together bouillon, olive oil, curry powder, tomato paste, paprika and garlic until blended. Toss with potatoes until coated.
Step 2
Transfer to a large parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
