Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups raw lentils, boiled and drained
  • 1 tablespoon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 1 cup seeded and chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar

Make It

Step 1

Combine lentils, bouillon, tomatoes, cilantro, bell peppers, olive oil and vinegar in a large bowl; mix well.

Step 2

Let stand for 20 minutes. Stir and serve.
