Step 1

Cut the Italian squash into 1/4-inch slices and then in halves to make half moons. Cut the sweet potato squash into thin slices so they are same size as Italian squash. Cut mushrooms in halves. Assemble the skewers, alternating the vegetable pieces.

Step 2

Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil and crushed bouillon together. Brush mixture over the vegetable skewers. Cook on the grill, in a pan or oven until golden brown .
Accompany with a sauce...
You can prepare a sauce that you like the most, such as MAGGI® Alfredo Sauce or a MAGGI® TUCO® Sauce of the flavor that you like the most. If you want something cold you can perfectly accompany it with a yoghurt-based sauce with chives or coriander.
