Pasta with Creamy Chipotle Peach Sauce

  • 1 pound dry rotini pasta
  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) sliced peaches in fruit juice, undrained
  • 1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce from a can, seeds removed
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 pound grilled chicken, sliced into strips
  • 5 tablespoons chopped fresh basil for garnish

Make It

Step 1

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking, proceed with recipe.

Step 2

Place peaches with fruit juice, evaporated milk, chile, garlic, lime juice and bouillon in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sauce; cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until sauce begins to boil. Reduce heat to low; stir in flour. Continue stirring for about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.

Step 4

Add pasta to sauce; carefully fold in to combine. Add chicken; garnish with basil.
