The Secret Ingredient
Ingredients
- ●2 teaspoons MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- ●1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- ●1 (about 4 to 5 ounces) boneless, skinless chicken breast half, cut into strips
- ●4 to 5 ounces medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- ●2 carrots, cut into thin strips
- ●1 zucchini, cut into thin strips
- ●1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided
- ●2 cups cooked rice
Make It
Step 1
Combine bouillon, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken, shrimp and vegetables.
Step 2
Add 1/2 tablespoon oil to a skillet set over medium heat. Add chicken; cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Set aside. Add remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil to skillet; add shrimp and vegetables and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Serve chicken, shrimp and vegetables over cooked rice.
