The Secret Ingredient
- ●1 lemon, juiced
- ●1/4 cup tamarind nectar
- ●3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ●1 tablespoon MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce
- ●1 1/2 cups seeded and chopped unpeeled cucumber
- ●1 cup diced jicama
- ●7 ounces fresh tuna, cut into cubes
- ●1 1/4 cups diced fresh pineapple
- ●1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- ●1 cup cilantro
- ●2 tablespoons ancho chili powder
- ●Crackers for serving
Mix the lemon juice, tamarind nectar, Worcestershire sauce, MAGGI Seasoning Sauce, cucumber, jicama, tuna, pineapple, onion and cilantro in a bowl.
Sprinkle ceviche with chili powder and serve with crackers.
