Jugo Seasoning Sauce


  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup tamarind nectar
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups seeded and chopped unpeeled cucumber
  • 1 cup diced jicama
  • 7 ounces fresh tuna, cut into cubes
  • 1 1/4 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons ancho chili powder
  • Crackers for serving

Make It

Step 1

Mix the lemon juice, tamarind nectar, Worcestershire sauce, MAGGI Seasoning Sauce, cucumber, jicama, tuna, pineapple, onion and cilantro in a bowl.

Step 2

Sprinkle ceviche with chili powder and serve with crackers.
