Ingredients
- ●1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ●3/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- ●1 1/2 cups grated carrots
- ●5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, divided
- ●2 1/2 tablespoons MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce, divided
- ●1 habañero chile, seeded and finely chopped
- ●3 cans (5 ounces each) tuna packed in water
- ●1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- ●1/3 cup finely chopped parsley leaves
- ●1 large egg
- ●1 medium zucchini, grated
- ●1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- ●4 slices Manchego cheese
- ●4 hamburger buns, warmed
- ●1/4 cup mayonnaise
- ●4 lettuce leaves
- ●1 cup pineapple cubes
Make It
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet; cook red onion until translucent. Add carrots, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon MAGGI Seasoning Sauce and habañero chile; cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
For the hamburgers, mix together tuna, yellow onion, parsley, egg, zucchini, breadcrumbs, remaining 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons MAGGI Seasoning Sauce; form 4 patties and cook them in a pan on both sides. Top each with a slice of cheese; cover until melted.
Step 3
Spread mayonnaise on hamburger buns; top with lettuce, tuna burgers, onion-carrot mixture and pineapple.
