4 thick lemon slices, cut into 4 quarters
3 to 4 tablespoons Buitoni® Refrigerated Pesto with Basil

Cut ends from zucchini. With vegetable peeler, cut into long ribbons lengthwise.

Thread ingredients onto 8 (10-inch) skewers in any order: 1 piece of salmon, 3 zucchini ribbons, 2 tomatoes, 2 lemon pieces. (If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent from burning while grilling.)
