  • 1 ancho chile, seeded and soaked in hot water
  • 1 pasilla chile, seeded and soaked in hot water
  • 1 pickled sweet cherry pepper
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons chopped yellow onion
  • 1 MAGGI® Chicken Flavor Soft Bouillon Tablet
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw peanuts, toasted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 small yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 3/4 cup sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 can (7 ounces) tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 12 corn tortillas, passed through hot oil
  • 2 cups grated Manchego cheese
  • 1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema, chilled
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet; cook sliced onion until it is transparent. Add bell pepper, mushrooms, tuna and cilantro; cook for 5 more minutes.
