- ●1 pickled sweet cherry pepper
- ●1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ●1/4 cup chopped Roma tomatoes
- ●3 tablespoons chopped yellow onion
- ●1 MAGGI® Chicken Flavor Soft Bouillon Tablet
- ●1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ●2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ●1/4 cup raw peanuts, toasted
- ●1 1/2 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds
- ●1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ●1/2 small yellow onion, sliced
- ●1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
- ●3/4 cup sliced white mushrooms
- ●1 can (7 ounces) tuna packed in water, drained
- ●1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- ●12 corn tortillas, passed through hot oil
- ●2 cups grated Manchego cheese
- ●1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema, chilled
- ●1/4 cup sliced red onion

Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet; cook sliced onion until it is transparent. Add bell pepper, mushrooms, tuna and cilantro; cook for 5 more minutes.
