Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, brown the chicken wings and set aside. Once all of the chicken pieces are browned, return them to the pan and cover with the sauce. Bring to a gentle boil; reduce heat to low. Cook, turning chicken occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. The sauce will thicken during the cooking process as well. Remove from skillet; place on a platter. Cover wings with remaining sauce and serve.
