Pipe or spoon about 1 ½ teaspoons hummus into each celery stick. Sprinkle each with about ½ teaspoon sunflower seeds. (Or, place sunflower seeds on a plate and dip hummus side of celery into sunflower seeds so they stick.) Serve immediately.
