Step 1

Place cilantro, vegetable oil, bouillon and walnuts in blender or food processer; cover. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat; cook onion and broccoli for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese, mixing well until melted. Add Media Crema and 1 to 2 tablespoons of cilantro pesto mixture; mix well. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat without boiling.

Step 3

Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Add to saucepan with broccoli mixture; mix well.
